Hi there,
Thanks for posting your question. So you’re a Electrical & Electronic major, yes you got a good chance of doing MS in Petroleum. I understand you are not interested in eee, although your eee degree will be a good foundation (along with PE degree) to get a job in the Oil and gas field. As you must know, petroleum is a massive industry employing various types of engineers (including electrical and electronics). For example, you could get a job in an electricity generating plant that’s powered by natural gas. So once again, don’t worry about your eee background. Just concentrate on getting a post graduate and you’ll be fine.
